Last fall, we launched a pilot project called Farms over Factories. The response was overwhelming—thousands of you stood up to say the industrial food system is broken.
We’re reaching out today to let you know that we haven’t gone anywhere. In fact, we’ve grown.
We are officially launching UpRoot.
It’s still the same team: Jake is still on the farm in Missouri, and Lauren is still navigating the grocery aisles as a millennial mom. But the problem is still big too—a rigged system controlled by Big Ag.
UpRoot is our new home for reclaiming the story of our food. We’re bridging the gap between the farmers who want to nourish their neighbors and the parents who want to feed their families healthy food.
We need you with us for this next chapter.
We launched our new social media channels last week where we’ll be sharing the “receipts” on Big Ag propaganda that the nightly news won’t touch.
